Our Story

The best moments in life happen face to face

We've spent over 30 years in the hospitality pizza business, and somewhere along the way we fell hard for the craft of gourmet, stone-baked pizza. So we built something different — fresh dough, hand-tossed, flipped and stone-baked right in front of your guests. Live, the way it should be.

Every pie starts with a rich Italian pomodoro sauce, Italian herbs and fresh garlic, and nothing but the freshest Canadian-sourced ingredients. No pre-made bases, no shortcuts — that's not how we do it.

Three decades of mastering the craft is what lets us bring the live pizza experience right into the comfort of your own palazzo.

For Nav, this was never just about making pizza. It's about the faces around the station — the kids on their toes watching the dough spin, the guests who forget their phones for a minute, the couples who remember their reception by the smell of fresh stone-baked crust. That reaction is the reason he still shows up to every single event himself.

Nav built this business on a simple belief: if your name is on it, it had better be the best in the room. Good enough has never been part of the vocabulary. Every event is treated like an audition — because to us, it is.

That obsession shows up in the details most people never see: the dough proofed to the exact hour, the oven dialled in for a perfect leopard-spotted char, the station polished and plated so it looks as good as it tastes. Perfection is a moving target, and chasing it is exactly what keeps the craft alive after 30-plus years.
