How Much Does Pizza Catering Cost for a GTA Event? A 2026 Guide

February 2, 2026·7 min read

Catering is one of the biggest lines in any event budget, so it pays to understand what you're actually paying for. Live pizza catering is priced differently than a drop-off tray order — and for good reason.

What's included in a live package

A live pizza experience isn't just food. Our packages include plates, napkins and linens, silver serving trays, serving utensils, two electric stone-baked ovens, and full uniformed staff — a master chef and a server. You're booking an experience and a team, not just ingredients.

How guest count shapes your plan

The biggest factor is headcount. More guests means more pizzas, more add-ons and sometimes a longer service window. A good rule of thumb is to plan a few slices per guest, then layer in add-ons like wings, arancini and knots to round out the spread.

Add-ons and how they price

Our add-ons are transparent: arancini at $4.50 each, jalapeño poppers at $3.00 each (90-piece trays serve 35–40), wings from $80 per 40, poutine-style wedges at $45 a tray, and garlic or cinnamon knots from $10 for 8. Mix and match to fit your budget.
